ARCHITECT

Established in 1981 and this year celebrating 40 years, Marchetto Higgins Stieve Architects was founded by principal Dean Marchetto, FAIA. The firm was later incorporated in 2000 and joined by partners Michael Higgins, AIA and Bruce Stieve, AIA. In 2018, Michael Buldo, AIA was elevated to Principal. The firm has grown to a professional staff of 40 architects and in 2019 received AIA-NJ Firm of the Year award.

Marchetto Higgins Stieve offers architecture and planning for multi-family housing and mix-use urban design for smart growth, transit-oriented developments.

LANDSCAPE ARCHITECT

Square Acre Studio is committed to process and place. As a landscape architecture firm with over ten years of practice from coast-to-coast, we have honed our craft to develop a holistic approach. We study each site carefully, creatively collaborate with team members, and deliver a site without compromise to quality or finances. Our project range includes sun terrace and courtyards in urban setting from New York to San Francisco, to estate and corporate masterplans in the suburban and rural spaces of the Tri-state area.

INTERIOR DESIGNER

Stage One NYC is the New York Metro Area’s leader in commercial and residential design and furnishing. We pride ourselves on the highest level of service and desire for complete client satisfaction. We provide full service contract furnishing- from optional design services through purchasing, delivery, and installation. Our team also specializes in staging model units according to our client's design aesthetic and brand story from our large inventory of furniture and accessories.
